1. Service Description

GraceMelody provides custom AI-generated musical compositions based on user input. By purchasing, you understand that the product is a digital file (MP3) generated by Artificial Intelligence technology.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver all songs within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery is made via the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder.

3. License & Usage

You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your custom song for personal purposes, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, family events, and personal social media sharing. Commercial resale, redistribution, or licensing of the audio file itself is not permitted unless separately agreed in writing.

Full Ownership Upgrade. Customers who purchase the optional Full Ownership Upgrade receive an assignment of all rights that Grace Melody LLC holds in their song, including commercial use, as described on the upgrade page at the time of purchase.

4. Membership & Cancellation

Your first song is included in a 3-day trial of the GraceMelody membership. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the membership renews automatically at $39 per month and can be cancelled at any time by emailing contact@grace-melody.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it never removes access to songs you have already received. Every song you have purchased remains available to you, with its private listening page and MP3 download, after cancellation.

Support requests about delivery, revisions or your membership are answered within 24 hours at contact@grace-melody.com.

5. Refunds

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Not completely satisfied with your custom song? Contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will work with you on revisions. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

GraceMelody is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($49).
