Your information is used strictly to create, deliver, and support your personalized song. Song lyrics and compositions are generated using our production tools and AI partners.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or story content to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Marketing Emails & Unsubscribe

In addition to transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications, customer support), we may send promotional emails or newsletters if you have opted in or purchased our services.

Our marketing emails are sent using Brevo (Sendinblue). Every marketing email contains a clearly visible “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link. Unsubscribing is immediate and you will no longer receive promotional communications. You may still receive transactional emails related to your purchase (such as delivery or support).
